Who I am
I’m Vicki Florio, founder of North & Found, a space built to help small businesses find structure and momentum.
After years of working for other companies, I saw the same thing over and over: smart, driven people with great ideas but no time or resources to make them happen. The day-to-day always took priority and the projects that could really move things forward stayed on the back burner.
I started North & Found to fill that gap.
At its core, North & Found is about creating calm, organized momentum: helping founders and teams move from busy to balanced and from reactive to strategic.
