We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary materials, communication, or payment within agreed timelines.

All materials, templates, processes, and systems created by North & Found remain the intellectual property of North & Found unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients receive the right to use deliverables (documents, systems, or assets) for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without permission.

We treat all client information, documents, and project details as strictly confidential.
We will never share, sell, or disclose your information without your consent unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
